However, we cannot be responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, weak or deteriorated fabric, piecing or construction issues, inaccurate measurements, or damage resulting from the condition or construction of the quilt top or other materials supplied by the customer. While we take every reasonable precaution, quilting is a mechanical process and minor variations or imperfections can occasionally occur. We will communicate with you if we encounter an issue that requires a decision before proceeding.
