We collect information you provide when using LongArm Assistant, including:
We use the information we collect to operate and improve LongArm Assistant, process payments, send transactional emails (such as welcome and billing communications), and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Your data is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database with row-level security policies that restrict access to your account only. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. In-app purchases on the iOS app are processed by RevenueCat, which receives your user identifier and purchase history to manage your subscription entitlements. We do not sell your data to any third party.
We use Google Analytics 4, PostHog, and Meta Pixel to understand how people use LongArm Assistant across the website and mobile app. These tools may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies on the web.
In both the web app and the mobile app, usage events and behavioral signals (such as whether you have created a quilt, generated an estimate, or uploaded a pattern) are linked to an opaque account identifier — your internal user ID. This identifier is not your email address or name and cannot be used to identify you outside of LongArm Assistant. The data is used to understand feature adoption, improve the product, and measure subscription activity. It is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
